IPX is a profitable, well capitalized, independent power producer that has delivered billions of dollars of industrial-scale clean energy infrastructure.

Our assets

We own a large portfolio of clean energy assets across California and Texas consisting of 4.4 GW of solar PV and 8.8 GWh of battery storage in construction or operation, and a multi gigawatt pipeline of projects in various stages of development.

Darden

in construction

Located in western Fresno County, California, on retired agricultural lands, the Darden Clean Energy Project is expected to generate up to 1.15 GWac / 1.6 GWp of solar power and will include approximately 4.6 GWh of battery storage.

Easley

in construction

Located in Riverside County, California, the Easley Renewable Energy Project is expected to generate up to 290 MWac / 406 MWP of solar power and will include 1.4 GWh of battery storage.

Aramis

in construction

Located in Alameda County, California, the Aramis Solar Energy Generation and Storage Project is expected to generate up to 100 MWac / 105 MWP of solar power and will include 400 MWh of battery storage.

Lumina

in operation

Located in Scurry County, Texas, our Lumina Solar + Storage Facility generates 640 MWac/828 MWp of solar power, enough to power more than 243,000 homes a year, and features 640 MWh of battery storage.

Oberon

in operation

Located in Riverside County, California, our Oberon Solar + Storage Facility generates 500 MWac/684 MWp of solar power, enough to power over 207,000 homes annually, and features 250 MW/1 GWh of co-located battery storage. During construction, Oberon paid prevailing wages, and created more than 930 skilled union jobs.

Radian

in operation

Located in Brown County, Texas, our Radian Solar + Storage Facility generates 320 MWac/415 MWp of solar power, enough to power more than 114,000 homes annually, and includes 320 MWh of battery storage. Radian created more than 500 jobs during peak construction and significantly increased local tax revenues.

Athos III

in operation

Located in Riverside County, California, our Athos III Solar + Storage Facility generates 224 MWac/310 MWp of solar power, enough to power 94,000 homes annually, and includes 448 MWh of battery storage. It was built with union labor, American-made solar panels, batteries and steel piles.
