IPX Power Appoints Rachel Livek as Chief Administrative Officer

Seasoned executive with deep experience scaling PE-backed energy and industrial companies joins IPX Power to strengthen governance, build organizational capabilities, and position the platform for long-term growth

DENVER, CO — June 10, 2026 — IPX Power, an independent power producer that develops, owns, and operates some of the largest clean energy resources in the United States, today announced the appointment of Rachel Livek as Chief Administrative Officer. Livek brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience in transformation and scale at privately held and private equity-backed companies across the energy, industrial, and financial services sectors. She will be based in Denver, Colorado, and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

“Rachel brings exactly the combination of skills and experience we need at this stage of IPX Power’s growth,” said David Brochu, CEO of IPX Power. “She understands how to build the organizational infrastructure we need to be a best in class IPP. As we complete our core construction portfolio, scale our operating fleet, and position for long-term value creation, Rachel’s leadership across our administrative organization gives us a meaningful institutional advantage.”

In her role, Livek will oversee IPX Power’s administrative functions—including legal, human resources, information technology, and marketing and communications. As CAO, Livek’s priorities will include Board engagement and governance, increasing the cross-functional infrastructure required to support the company’s growth and recapitalization objectives, and ensuring IPX Power has the people, systems, and operational discipline in place to deliver as a best-in-class independent power producer.

“Utility-scale clean energy is essential to the future of America’s infrastructure,” said Livek. “Building the organizational engine that will help IPX scale its unique IPP model will not only help create investor value, but will enable our team to make a meaningful contribution to the energy transition.”

Livek joins IPX Power from Monolith, a private equity-backed sustainable chemical manufacturer, where she served as Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for HR, IT, real estate and facilities, legal, governance, marketing, and communications. Prior to Monolith, she served as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Powin, a utility-scale energy storage solutions provider, where she led organizational growth during installation energy storage projects globally, including ground up development of the HR, facilities, IT, cybersecurity, and corporate ops functions. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Administrative Officer at M Financial Group, and was a management consultant to clients in technology, financial services, and industrial manufacturing. She started her career in supply chain, procurement, and talent development roles in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Livek’s appointment reflects IPX Power’s continued investment in building an executive team capable of managing the organizational complexity of a rapidly scaling energy infrastructure platform. The company owns a portfolio of 4.4 GW of solar PV and 8.8 GWh of battery storage in construction or operation across California and Texas, including the Oberon, Lumina, Athos III, and Radian projects currently in operation, and the Aramis, Easley, and Darden projects under construction. IPX Power also maintains a multi-gigawatt development pipeline.
